Thirsty Owl Wine Company utilizes 100% Finger Lakes fruit in their wines, 85% of which is estate grown under sustainable farming and solar-powered practices.
The winery is located on the West side of Cayuga Lake along the deepest part of the lake which creates a unique microclimate. Thirsty Owl produces a wide variety of styles, focusing on crafting wines that are fruit-forward, food-friendly, and appeal to a broad customer base.

The Perfect Wines is intentionally crafted — from grapes to graphics — for the millennial/Gen Z wine drinker. The winemaking process treats these emerging varietals with respect, resulting in a delicately balanced wine.
